You can return products within 14 days from the date of receipt. Products must be in their original condition and unused.

  • The packaging must be sealed and unopened.
  • All items must be in their original condition, including packaging and labels.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
  • All items are inspected upon receipt by our quality assurance team, if the above criteria are not met, we are unable to issue a refund, and items will be returned to the customer at their expense.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  1. Return Process
  • Email us to notify us of your intention to return.
  • We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
